FantasyWSL is a web and mobile application operated by Even Sports Limited. A company registered in England and Wales (No. 15682645.)

Fantasy WSL is offered as a fun, free-to-play fantasy football game. The underlying service is provided by us at no cost, and is provided on an as-is basis.

Playing Fantasy WSL requires you to register an account. If you choose to register, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. we will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use

When you sign up to Fantasy WSL, at a minimum we require an email address. These are stored on our servers, and Firebase, a third-party we use to handle user authentication. This is used to identify you as an individual user in the system, in order to offer a personalised experience.

The app also invites you to add more information to your profile, such as your full name, country, gender, and your date of birth. Entering a name is required, as it is used to help distinguish teams with the same name, but it does not have to be your real name. All other data is optional, and is used in aggregate to improve the service.

Your usage of the website and mobile app is logged with Mixpanel, for analytics purposes. Mixpanel receives your user ID, and the actions you take on the site and the app, but has no access to your personal information.

When using the app, you will be invited to join our mailing list. Should you accept, your first name, last name, and email address will be added to Flodesk, a third-party we use to craft and send emails. You can unsubscribe from this service within the emails, or via the website, or mobile app.

The mobile app also uses Firebase to serve push notifications. If you sign up for push notifications, it receives some information about your device, and your user ID so Fantasy WSL can tell it who should receive what notification.

The game offers you the chance to sign up for leagues managed by selected partners. These leagues have different terms, including sharing your first name, last name, and email address with the operator of the league. The terms for those leagues are available on the league page, and you must agree to them before joining.

Security

We value your trust when providing your personal information, and we strive to look after it.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

Our service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary action.

Managing your data

You have control over all personal information you provide to us via the website and mobile app. You can amend your details, or close your account (and, by doing so, delete your data) at any time by either going to the settings page, or on the app, tapping the cog in the top left corner of the live tab.

If you want to make a subject access request, request any data is amended or removed from Fantasy WSL you can email us athello@evensports.co.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
